Reporting loss of your Autopass Card
If your Autopass Card is stolen or lost in Singapore or Malaysia, make a report at any police station in the respective country. You are required to report the loss of your Autopass Card to LTA and submit your police report and vehicle information via LTA's online feedback form at www.lta.gov.sg/feedback. Please select the “Vehicle Matters” category and the “Autopass, Vehicle Entry Permits and Tolls” sub-category for your report to be processed more promptly.
If you lost your card in Singapore, when departing Singapore at Tuas or Woodlands Checkpoint, show the police report to the officer at LTA's VEP/Toll office for assistance.
You can apply and pay for a new Autopass Card for your Malaysia-registered car or motorcycle via our digital service here. Please refer here for a step-by-step video guide to apply for an Autopass Card for your Malaysia-registered car or motorcycle.
After receiving LTA's approval email for your online application, you may collect your card within 6 months from the date of the email (refer to instructions in LTA's approval email).
If your vehicle is in Singapore you may schedule an appointment here to visit LTA's Customer Service Centre, 10 Sin Ming Drive, Singapore 575701 to collect your Autopass card, within 6 months after receipt of LTA's approval email.
