This digital service is for ASEAN-registered goods vehicles to apply for a new ASEAN Goods Vehicle Permit (GVP) and Autopass Card.
The GVP is a non-transferrable entry permit issued to an ASEAN-registered goods vehicle together with an Autopass Card for the same vehicle.
You will need the following to complete the application:

A valid email address
Your Identity Card / Passport
Your Employment / Immigration Pass Card
Your Vehicle Registration Certificate
Your Vehicle Road Tax Disc / Digital Road Tax
Your Vehicle Certificate of Insurance
Photographs of Vehicle
If you are a first-time applicant, photographs showing the entire vehicle and vehicle registration number
Payment by VISA or Mastercard Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay
