Apply for PSVP (Taxi) / Autopass Card

About this digital service:
  • This digital service is for Malaysia-registered taxis to apply for a new ASEAN Public Service Vehicle Permit (PSVP) and Autopass Card.
  • The PSVP (Taxi) is a non-transferrable entry permit issued to a Malaysia-registered taxi together with an Autopass Card for the same vehicle.
  • For owners who have lost their PSVP or Autopass Card, click here for more information.
  • You will need the following to complete the application:
  1. A valid email address
  2. Your Identity Card / Passport
  3. Your Employment / Immigration Pass Card
  4. Your Vehicle Registration Certificate
  5. Your Vehicle Road Tax Disc / Digital Road Tax
  6. Your Vehicle Certificate of Insurance
  7. Photographs of Vehicle
